3. Step-by-Step Botanical Wash & Styling Ritual
In Part 3 of our breakdown for The Kiss-Curl Bob: A Soft, Face-Framing Cut for Romantic Movement, let’s walk through the exact hands-on technique I teach my clients so their hair looks salon-fresh without heat damage.

Camille’s 10-Minute Clean Styling Protocol
Start with a sulfate-free wash using a rose-scented shampoo, then follow with a lightweight conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends. After rinsing, gently squeeze out excess water and apply a pea-sized amount of argan oil to your palms, smoothing it over the ends to seal in moisture. This is where the kiss-curl magic begins—the oil helps the ends bend inward as they dry.
For styling, I always recommend air-drying if you have time, but if you’re in a hurry, use a diffuser on low heat. Once dry, take a one-inch round brush and turn the ends under, using a low-heat blow dryer for just a few seconds per section. Finish with a spritz of rose hydrosol to refresh the curl and add a subtle, flexible hold that lasts all day.
