Camille’s 10-Minute Clean Styling Protocol

Start with a sulfate-free shampoo, focusing on the scalp, then follow with a marshmallow root conditioner to soften and detangle. While your hair is soaking wet, apply a leave-in aloe vera spray and a pea-sized amount of argan oil, using the ‘praying hands’ method to smooth the cuticle. Then, flip your head upside down and scrunch gently to encourage curl formation.

For drying, use a microfiber towel to plop for 15 minutes to remove excess water without frizz. Then, either air-dry or use a diffuser on low heat, cupping the curls upward to maintain volume. Once dry, use a few drops of argan oil on your palms to smooth flyaways and define the ends. The key is to touch as little as possible—let your curls do their thing.
