Camille’s 10-Minute Clean Styling Protocol

Start with freshly cleansed hair—I recommend a sulfate-free co-wash to keep curls hydrated. Apply a leave-in conditioner from mid-length to ends, then gently detangle with a wide-tooth comb. For the ponytail, gather hair at your desired height, but avoid pulling too tight. Secure with a satin scrunchie to prevent creases and breakage.

Next, smooth the crown with a bit of aloe vera gel or a botanical styling cream, and use your fingers to soften the hairline—no harsh brushing. Mist the entire ponytail with rose hydrosol, then seal the ends with a few drops of argan oil. If you prefer some curl definition, scrunch the ponytail gently and let it air-dry or diffuse on low heat for five minutes. Finish with a light hairspray if needed, but avoid stiff formulas.
