Camille’s 10-Minute Clean Styling Protocol
Start with a sulfate-free shampoo that respects your scalp’s natural oils—I love a gentle cleansing cream with aloe vera. Massage it into the roots only, then let the suds rinse through the lengths. Follow with a lightweight conditioner, focusing on the mid-lengths and ends, and detangle with a wide-tooth comb while it’s still wet. Rinse with cool water to seal the cuticle and boost shine.
While your hair is damp, apply a pea-sized amount of jojoba oil to your palms and smooth it over the ends. Then, flip your head upside down and scrunch in a curl-defining botanical gel or mousse. Diffuse on low heat for about 10 minutes, using a bowl-shaped motion to cup each section and encourage curl formation. Once dry, let it cool completely before touching it—this sets the curl pattern. Finish with a light mist of rosemary hydrosol to refresh the scalp and add a subtle herbal scent.
